@Lemar Hinson That’s awesome bro 🙌 Thailand is going to be such a vibe, and multifamily investing is definitely a smart long-term move. Both are things that build freedom, one gives you the experiences, the other builds the financial foundation. By the way, are you focused only on multifamily, or are you also open to diversifying a little? Along the way, a lot of people I know also build something like a DTC store for extra income streams, it can run in the background while you focus on real estate

@Lemar Hinson True, but focusing only on one thing can sometimes hold you back. If you diversify a little, you’ll build more security and opportunities. Even while real estate is your main focus, adding another income stream like a DTC store could give you balance and extra cash flow.

❓ Big Question One thing I’ve learned, sales isn’t just about skill, it’s about spirit. When the pressure is high and rejection piles up, it’s faith that keeps me grounded.
