I am always torn with these. On the one hand going back and helping would save me so much stress, but those are the very things that shaped me. I guess I would probably go back and tell myself to give myself a break every now and again.

Morning routines
Hi everyone! My first post, how exciting 😁 I have been trying to develop a morning routine that suits me, and that doesn’t start with scrolling through my phone as soon as I open my eyes! I’ve started journaling more, combined with meditation, which I really enjoy. I’m not super consistent but I’m getting better, especially as I notice I feel happier and more productive on those days. I was wondering how you all start (or end) your day? If you meditate, I’m curious you listen to the same meditation for a certain period or change it up each day. Do you have something that motivates you more than checking your phone? 😊

I get up really early so i tend to just go with the flow. But my evenings are when I really focus on a good routine, meditation/prayer combination, lots of gratitude and some projecting myself into different challenges, or thoughts.

I do an end of day meditation/prayer; it starts with gratitude and some of my thoughts, and ends with meditating and trying to be peaceful, lately I've managed to get to some really calm place, felts the heat in my hands during meditation and had some of those boduy shivers when I recall things i am grateful for.
