Talking to cash buyers
I have a property that I'm most likely about to lock up. I'm talking to a cash buyer and he asked for the address. What should I say because I don't want to give the address so he just swoops it up but I'm trying to talk to this guy to get what he would pay for so I just don't know what to say. This would still be my first deal.

@Jc Acevedo how many hours a day do you want to work are you on WhatsApp it should be a minimum of 20 hours a week for a part-time that should get you some results you'll be using the triple dialer should be dialing a lot of numbers

@Jc Acevedo thanks for reaching out we do quick closes usually 2 weeks to close the deal my buyers are fast and can close quick you'd be able to work as many hours as you want obviously the more hours you work the closer to the money you're going to get
