How do you avoid touring the house and continue negotiating with sellers as a virtual wholesaler and get them to sign the contract? I actually canāt go the due to work and stuff but they want me to see the house in person
When you call people whose homes will be auctioned off is there a rule of thumb of days until you shouldn't reach out to them ? For example should I only look at 30 days or further to auction date?
