Q1. Why are you running month long sales events instead of short burst sales? A. We are a small research chemical company. When hosting a 3-5 day sale we basically work 24/7 to keep up with packing/shipping orders. Offering month long promos spreads out the order volume to a more manageable level. Q2. Are you adding new products? A. Yes we are constantly looking to expand our product line. Launching this week we are adding multiple items: T2- 120mg, R3 - 60mg, Cag- 10mg, Ru-58841 2G, Launched last month: Sy-nake Q3. How is S1Research doing? A. Thanks to our growing customer base S1 is doing fantastic. Each of you know how much I appreciate every customer we have. We continue to grow every month. We are currently looking at hiring additional staff, buying more commercial freezers, expanding our office, etc. Q4. How is your payment processing? A. Well I would say better than most right now. 1. Zelle and/or ACH/Same Day Bank Payments is something everyone really needs to start using.  Especially our long standing customers who know and trust our organization well.   2. CC processing continues to be a challenge.  Last month we hit our hard cap on CCs a few days before the end of the month.  I think we will hit this cap by April 20th this month.  Which means once we hit that number we have to turn off that CC processor until May 1st.  We are currently in underwriting for some other CC options that we may have in time but I'm not sure. 3. We recently added IDEM Pay.  IDEM Pay allows for Debit cards as well as CashApp!  Give this a try on your next order 🙂 Q5. Are you going to offer Wholesale accounts? 1. Our prices are already at wholesale levels compared to most people in our space.  That being said we are working to develop a wholesale program for other research companies that are needed to re-stock quickly.  This will require an application, business information, and very large minimum purchase requirements such as $5000/mth as well as special payment terms Wires/Zelle only.

As part of our commitment to transparency, I like to keep everyone informed about important developments within the industry. Recently, a number of rumors have been circulating that have created unnecessary concern. Please take a moment to read this entire message for clarity and accurate context. Industry Update Over the past year, several large companies—some owned by high-profile influencers—have entered the market. These companies have been openly selling RUO (Research Use Only) products while simultaneously promoting or implying human use, and in some cases marketing to practitioners under separate entities. Many of these companies sponsor major biohacking, anti-aging, and peptide conferences and actively solicit business from doctors and clinics. At the most recent A4M conference, rumors began circulating—originating from some of these same companies—suggesting they were discontinuing GLP products and claiming that government agencies would soon begin shutting down RUO companies altogether. To date, these claims remain unsubstantiated. Notably, many of these rumors trace back to one of the largest peptide influencers, who continues to openly discuss human use. This is a practice we are firmly opposed to at Step One and do not promote in any capacity. To be clear: these are rumors only. That said, we are seeing ripple effects overseas. One of our manufacturing partners has temporarily paused its peptide division, citing increased scrutiny driven by unlicensed operations and irresponsible promotion on social media. They expressed concern that poorly manufactured, untested, or counterfeit products—often tied to unknown labs—have drawn unwanted attention to the industry as a whole, including legitimate manufacturers.
