Question

I'm still new at this and math isn't my fav... for 7 weeks I was on 2.5 dose and no I'm in 5 and have been for 3 weeks.... are there other dose amounts - wondering if and when to move up? and does anyone ever get a bruise at site of injection or a red spot ? Thank you for your help ...

@Tana Gaines If you are having a site reaction make sure you only use Hospira brand water. Your recent order from Step One did not have any water on it.

@Tana Gaines bac water does not go in the fridge, 28 days after first poke cabinet is fine. Some use bac water longer but each poke and each day increases the chance of bacteria growth after it's sterility was comprised. Its not that the water goes "bad" it's that the chance of bacteria increases.
