Help Me Choose My Book Cover!
Hello Everyone, I'm in the final stages of my book design, and I would be grateful to anyone who has 2 minutes or less, to take my book cover survey to let me know which one resonates with you an why. https://forms.gle/TMkZYZh6LzGDv1ie9

i think the first one is more your vibe- feels more feminine
Thinking of sharing a workshop- curious what would be most helpful
Hey inspiring speakers 🤍 I’m thinking about sharing a workshop around turning speaking into opportunities I’ve taught in smaller, private rooms and wanted to sense interest first. It walks through: - how one speaking invitation became a clear idea - how that idea turned into a talk for 100+ people - how that same talk led to a couple of new clients at its debut - and how it opened doors to future speaking invitations (including Harvard and Tokyo) I last shared this inside a female founder whisper network, and it’s been a client favorite. Before I open it up more widely- would something like this be useful to you?And are there any questions about workshops or speaking you’d want me to cover? Would love your thoughts!
what confident speaking actually looks like for introverts
Confident speaking is widely misunderstood- especially when it comes to introverts. For introverts, it isn’t about being louder, quicker, or more charismatic on command. In this piece, I share what confident speaking actually looks and feels like for introverts, and why so many thoughtful leaders are far more capable communicators than they’ve been led to believe.https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/what-confident-speaking-actually-looks-like-introverts-thoma-mie2e

@Sandi Boucher Thank you and even though it's geared toward introverts, I find many more people resonate!!
Don’t be like 2016 Stephanie.
Back then, I had an opportunity to work closely with someone who really resonated with me. And I didn’t take it. Not because it wasn’t aligned, but because I hadn’t yet learned how to bet on myself before the results. A few years later, that mindset shifted. I started taking chances. Saying yes sooner. Trusting myself earlier. That decision changed everything. I didn’t miss my path... I just took the longer route to believing in myself. Sharing this for anyone standing at a decision point right now: The confidence doesn’t come first. The leap does. I’m curious: Have you ever said no to something that later made you think, “I was closer to ready than I realized”?

@Deborah Northcutt I'm so glad it resonates- deciding we are ready isn't phony, it's a calling we rise to.
