Hey, Inspired Well-Being fam! This month, we’re shifting our focus to something that has a huge impact on our well-being, even if we don’t always realize it: our environment. I cannot remember where I heard this, but it has shaped the way we care for our home and our belongings: Everything we have and own also takes up our energy. Whether we can see it or not. When our possessions align (aesthetically, organizationally) with our desires, we feel more fulfilled. 📣 August’s Challenge: Spend 20 minutes a day tending to your space. That could mean: - Cleaning what needs to be cleaned - Organizing what’s gotten messy - Beautifying or simplifying a corner of your home - Tackling that one task you keep putting off - 🏡 Inside or outside — it’s all fair game. The goal? To create a more peaceful, functional, and intentional space for yourself. ✨ We highly recommend starting with a list of small areas or tasks you’d love to improve — this helps you stay on task and feel the progress along the way. 🌱 Why this matters for your well-being: - Reduces stress + anxiety - Regulates your nervous system - Improves air quality (bye, dust + allergens!) - Boosts productivity + clarity - Encourages gentle physical movement - Fosters connection with your space Let’s take back our space, one day at a time — 20 minutes is all it takes. 🧡
