I'd be curious to hear what Jimmy has to say, but maybe it'd be worth taking a bit of a longer approach if you can really only target 5k people. For example if you were to use ads as a nurturing mechanism with this small audience where they see the client multiple times a month and build up the familiarity with them. This works especially well with more content style ads for example market updates and also social proof like reviews/testimonials. Then, you're really saturating the market and you can run lead gen ads simultaneously to capture the people who are more hot. Essentially you're just building up that presence that they have in the suburb so that if people do want to get an appraisal or sell their home they've seen him enough and he's the go-to. Just a thought...
Lead Form Review
Hey guys! Would love some feedback on my lead form and how to improve the conversion rate. This is for a real estate client where we're offering free price updates for their homes. Just to note: For the question "How Soon Are You Looking To Sell?" the options are: - Now - 1-3 Months - 3-6 Months - 6-12 Months - Not Sure Thanks for your help!

The impact of the amount of ad spend...
Hey everyone! I wanted to hear what your guys' thoughts were on this: I have a client who we were spending $20 a day with on meta ads and we were getting very little results. I'm sure there were come parts of he funnel that were bottlenecking the performance to a certain extent. But then we decided that we'd double the ad spend because we were marketing in a competitive area (with an offer we know typically works). Then, not only did we start to get more results in, but it seemed to be almost exponential. Obviously more ad spend meant that we were able to reach more people and that FB can learn more - but even things like the conversion rates improved. Just wanted to hear your guys' thoughts on the impact of ad spend on results and whether you thought it was more of a linear or exponential relationship when it comes to adspend vs results. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I typically do a 2CC, but we're experimenting with adding more content on the front end to warm up the leads enough to be able to do a 1CC. To start off, we positioned the first call as an "educational workshop" where we actually don't even pitch them on anything. Then, once they want to hear more about what we do, we either pitch them or book in a second call to give them a "personalized proposal". At the beginning it worked great because it just meant we were having more conversations with our niche and learning a lot about them and their problems as well.
