@Kelly Morrison Yay, men too! 😉 love your direction of helping addiction, recovery, and faith. That’s a lot of who I help too. Also helping women survivors of abuse is awesome too. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 You are well on your way to changing lives for the better. 💞 😃

@Kelly Morrison the best help we can give is from things we’ve survived. Great job! From personal experience I survived addiction and am I recovery. I also work with taking people to past lives or spiritual memories. Ironic if we believe in past lives means we will have future lives. I was praying if my next life I could help people with addictions without having to go through that all again myself. The answer came that said, “then you won’t be able to truly help those with addiction if you don’t go through it again.” I was like, dang! So what else can I do to help people? lol. Going through addiction in this lifetime feels like enough. Hahaha. I’ll have to think of something else I want to help people with for the next life. For this life I have the addiction, recovery, and faith. 💞 Anyway, keep up the good work. 🙏
Start from scratch UGC
Thank you @Dr. Stephanie Murauskas and @Jennifer Turner for the pitch video and voice over lesson in the Start from Scratch module. While I still have to edit. Doing the whole pitch in front of the camera made it so much easier! And having that video I can repurpose it multiple ways! Truly is making this process a bit more manageable! Thank you! That module is really helping me, that’s my win for yesterday!

@Kristen Hauf thanks for posting your win. I find this very encouraging. 💞 Keep it going!
Everyone tells you to niche down.
Almost nobody tells you how to do it properly. (The advice usually stops at be specific, which is like telling a nervous person to just relax.) Here's what I think went wrong. Coaches and consultants used to be a niche. Now its just a category, and inside that category sit completely different businesses: Some coaches run one-on-one coaching. Some run group programs. Some run communities on Skool and Whop. Some sell courses. These people share a job title and almost nothing else. Their weeks look different, and so do their problems. So I picked one group. Solo Scales is built for one-on-one coaches. Here's what I actually looked for: A group whose whole business rests on one thing. For one-on-one coaches, that thing is the relationship with the client. A group that is protective of that thing, so they're careful about anything that touches how they work. (1:1 coaches, you can add more into this) A fear I can say out loud in one sentence. They don't want any tool or AI agent that makes them sound robotic or makes a client feel less seen. That last one is the real gift. I can design around a fear that specific. (I cannot design around coaches who want to grow. That's a horoscope.) A niche isn't a smaller audience. Its a group of people who share the same fear.

@Khubaib Wasim I like these details about niches. It helps me visualize how the term niche meaning had changed over time.
I'm doing something a little crazy
As you may know I was hired at Nuvex Nova as Content Strategist I pitched the CEO of Nuvex Nova on something that has nothing to do with the content Im actually hired to do for the company. I told him, straight up, this ones not about Nuvex Nova. This ones about him, personally. And honestly, about me too. Here's the idea. People trust people way faster than they trust a company page. If he just documents what he's actually doing, building the company, the decisions, the stuff thats genuinely hard people start to feel like they know him. And once they trust him, that trust extends to the company too. Its a completely different kind of credibility than any company account can build on its own. (I wasnt asking him to become a content creator. I was asking him to let a few real moments get captured as they happen. A voice note after a hard call. A thought mid-decision. Something that actually happened that day. I'd take the raw material and shape it from there.) We'd already talked about a podcast idea once before. I pitched it again, but as its own separate thing, running outside the regular content pipeline. Relaxed. Recurring. Documenting the journey as it happens. Not scripted, not polished. I told him the truth too, Im not just pitching something I have no stake in. I've been getting into personal branding and content strategy on my own, so this is a genuine two-way thing. He documents his side of building the company. I help shape it, and probably learn a ton doing it. And it helps me build something for myself at the same time. Not me asking him for extra work. Just a real collaboration. He said yes almost immediately. I can absolutely do that, small documentations here and there. We should do a raw podcast. Then he said he'd been thinking the same thing, and wanted to collab properly. Were starting with the podcast. I'm planning it, and I'm hosting it. Two personal brands, one real conversation, starting now. (Repost this ♻️) P.S. if you pitched your boss on something that had nothing to do with your actual job, would you expect a yes?

@Khubaib Wasim wow, congrats on this. The more I see people posting their wins and the “yes” they get from their pitches the more I do see people I pitch give me a yes. I like how you included you pitched the podcast before. So this wasn’t a cold pitch. But a follow up with a more clear outline or idea he could say yes to. Along with the details he had been thinking this same thing too. So if you didn’t follow up he may have take. The idea somewhere else. Great job!
