10 contributions to AI for Founders
The Founding 200
You're in AI for Founders. Because of the high demand, we've increased the free founding spots to 200. Free for the first 200 founding members who post their Brain OS before-and-after in Show Your Brain OS within 7 days of joining. That post keeps your founding spot. At member 201, the door becomes $17/month. No calls. No pitches. No income claims. AI service sellers are welcome. Posting about your own services anywhere in here gets you removed immediately, no exceptions. Do one thing first: open Build Your Brain OS in the Classroom. Lesson 1 takes about 40 minutes. You build the files your AI reads first, load them into a Claude Project and a ChatGPT Project, ask the same hard question in a blank chat and in the Project, then post both answers in Show Your Brain OS. Reply with one line: what business you run, and whether you use ChatGPT, Claude, or both.

I use Claude Teams and run a bookkeeping services firm and I've built a community.

@Christine Thomas great to find another accountant here. I focus on bookkeeping for service businesses. No taxes. I'm loving Claude for my client work, and content. I have no staff either, and my only plans for staff is my friend Claude 😉Happy to share what I've learned and what I'm doing any time.
Brain OS lesson 2
I already have my writer skill set up. I'm not sure how to proceed with this lesson. My writer skill is quite involved.

@Nick Love My writer has rules, my approved words list, my don't ever use list, samples of how I sound, snippets of phrases to use for my credentials. It's pretty well fleshed out.
I'm Nick. Here's what I built and what I'm doing first
I build AI systems for a coaching and education company. This community is the setup I use on my own work, rebuilt so you can do Lesson 1 in about 40 minutes. What I keep seeing with founders who use ChatGPT and Claude every day: they're good at it, and they still start most chats from zero. They paste the same background in every time, and the answer still reads like it was written for anybody. So the first thing in here is the Brain OS. Your AI interviews you with 9 questions and writes a short core: what you sell, who buys, what you've decided and what you stopped doing. You paste it into a Project, then ask the same question in a blank chat and in the Project. The gap between those two answers is the whole case for this place. I'm posting mine in Show Your Brain OS this week, same rules as everyone: the before and the after, with receipts. Reply here with two things: what your business does, and the one job you wish AI did properly right now. I read every reply.

I'm working on my client work. Being sure it's consistent, and correct, without my help until it's time for me to review and approve. The second one is what I'm hopeful Brain OS solves. I have SO much stuff in Claude, I forget things I was working on.

@Nick Love Great! I'm working on the Brain OS lessons, and one challenge I have is that I have my voice and services all set in skills already. I'm thinking I just need to bring that into new project I create.
I'm Joan from the beautiful east coast of Canada
Halifax, Nova Scotia. I run a one-person AI automation business for small local Canadian (mostly) businesses, built on Claude and n8n. The job that ate my week is content, specifically outreach that lands first clients. Follow-up is already automated. Getting people into the pipeline is where I’m stalled. This image is the famous Peggy's Cove lighthouse about 30 minute drive from Halifax.

I have the same challenges as you. Content eating my week... or not getting done truthfully. I also am stalled bringing people into the pipeline.

@Joan White I do. I have my website and I have an automation for my blogs and LinkedIn. Yesterday, I finished training an agent to write for me, and schedule the posts and blog drafts for me to approve. I've written skills for my client work, and now this week, I set a schedule for Claude to get the info and write the journal entries for me. Always with a review before anything gets posted. (goes live in client data) ETA: The content part that was eating my week was that even though I had my writer automations set up, I still had to start the process and schedule it all. Now, I get a slack message that the drafts are waiting for me.
