Thank you to every founding member. 🙏 You joined on a Brain OS course and my word that more was coming. It's here: 11 brand new courses in the Classroom, 97 lessons in all. Here's what each one covers. 👇 - ⚙️ Optimizing Your AI Usage (20 lessons): set up ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok the way they work today, from memory and projects to what to do when answers get worse. - ✍️ Prompt Engineering (7 lessons): write requests that get usable answers the first time, using the 5 parts every vendor's guide agrees on. - 🧩 Skills and Plugins (16 lessons): turn the jobs you repeat into skills that work in every major tool, and read a plugin's permissions before it touches your accounts. - 🗄️ The Vault for Founders (7 lessons, opens at Level 2): checked skills, templates, free tools and n8n workflows, sorted by the job they do. - 🔁 Workflows: n8n Downloads (9 lessons): import ready-made workflows like the Monday brief and an invoice chase, with every client message saved as a draft for you to send. - 🔔 Always-On Agents (9 lessons): what the 5 always-on agents can touch, and how to set one up so it asks before it sends anything. - 📣 Elite Marketing with AI (9 lessons): market your business without sounding like everyone else, from landing pages and email to getting named in AI search. - 🗓️ Weekly What's New With AI (8 lessons so far): one lesson a week on what shipped in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, and what it changes for you. - 🧪 Built by Members (2 lessons): the best thing you build gets its own lesson here, with your name on it. - 🎯 AI for Coaching Businesses (5 lessons): AI set up for a coaching business, from what it should know about your clients to what it must never do. - 💪 AI for Fitness Businesses (5 lessons): the same build for a gym or studio, down to texting rules and a booking workflow. Not sure where to start? Post your before-and-after in Show Your Brain OS first, then open Optimizing Your AI Usage and do the lessons for the tool you use most.

@Alperen Celal Hoşça Appreciate it!
I'm Nick. Here's what I built and what I'm doing first
I build AI systems for a coaching and education company. This community is the setup I use on my own work, rebuilt so you can do Lesson 1 in about 40 minutes. What I keep seeing with founders who use ChatGPT and Claude every day: they're good at it, and they still start most chats from zero. They paste the same background in every time, and the answer still reads like it was written for anybody. So the first thing in here is the Brain OS. Your AI interviews you with 9 questions and writes a short core: what you sell, who buys, what you've decided and what you stopped doing. You paste it into a Project, then ask the same question in a blank chat and in the Project. The gap between those two answers is the whole case for this place. I'm posting mine in Show Your Brain OS this week, same rules as everyone: the before and the after, with receipts. Reply here with two things: what your business does, and the one job you wish AI did properly right now. I read every reply.

@Stacy Luft That second one is what the decisions part of Brain OS is for. Every chat in the Project reads it first, so what you decided last week stops living in one old chat you can't find.
Brain OS lesson 2
I already have my writer skill set up. I'm not sure how to proceed with this lesson. My writer skill is quite involved.

If your writer skill already has real samples of your writing and rules in it, you've done most of this lesson. Copy five of those samples and the rules into 05-voice and upload it to the Project, so it's there in every chat in the Project. Then run the before and after from Step 1 and count the edits. If the Project draft needs fewer, you're done. Does your skill have actual samples in it, or mostly rules?
Introduction Post
Hey everyone, I'm Brian. I run a marketing agency and over the past year I've rebuilt most of it on Claude agent teams. Content, client work, reporting, a lot of it runs through agents now, and these days I spend half my time teaching other business owners to build the same thing. Outside of work I'm big into sports and snowboarding, and I will happily nerd out about Claude Code or Codex whenever you want. But now a days I spend most of my time maxing out my Claude plan and building my business. I'm always down to chop it up about anything AI, business, sales, marketing, automations. etc

Welcome in, Brian. Rebuilding an agency around Claude agent teams is a big change. Which part was hardest to hand to the agents, the client work or the reporting? Also, maxing out the Claude plan is the real leaderboard.
