Beautiful souls, I wanted to share something from my own journey that feels so relevant to everything we speak about in this space. My move to Scotland has become one of the greatest lessons in trust, surrender, and alignment. For years I fought to hold onto my home through illness, recovery, and some of the hardest chapters of my life. At the time it felt like I had to keep holding everything together, almost as if letting go meant I had failed. But somewhere along the way I realised it was only ever bricks and mortar. What I was really holding onto was an old version of myself, an old life, and a chapter that had already done its job in helping me heal and become who I am today. Life had become one struggle after another, and it taught me something so powerful:when things stop flowing and every step feels like resistance, sometimes life is not asking us to push harder.Sometimes it is guiding us to change. When we are aligned, energy flows.Opportunities appear.The right people show up.The next steps begin to reveal themselves naturally. When we are out of alignment, life can feel heavy, exhausting, and like we are forcing every door open. So I chose trust.I sold everything.I gave away most of my furniture and belongings.I let go of what no longer fit the woman I am becoming.And now I am in that in-between space, trusting spirit to reveal the next chapter. This is your reminder that if something in your life feels like constant struggle, ask yourself honestly:am I forcing what is no longer aligned?
