Really happy with my progress over the past two weeks. Iβm down more than 1 kg of body weight, almost 2% body fat, and up nearly 0.5 kg of muscle πͺπ½ Apparently I also got two years younger in the process π Sticking to my nutrition goals and getting my workouts, decompression sessions, and walks done really paid off. Not every day was easy with broken sleep and everything that comes with mom life πΆ But we made it this far βοΈ Now itβs all about consistency and staying on track.
