The time has come! FUCKIT February begins on 17th February as we enter the year of the horse. People have been asking for a space to process the intense things going on in the world, somewhere we can shake it out, cry it out, breathe it out, move it out. Not to fix it, but to allow ourselves to feel it. Each morning for 7 days I’ll go live at 9am to share a short practice. Movement. Breath. Shaking. Release. A direct experience of releasing tension and emotion from the body. This is a space for you to be free. Tapping into: What do I need? What feels good for me in this moment? Can I trust that I know myself? Together we come back to what is real and authentic and wanting to be expressed. If you want to get out of your head and into your body: come!
