Hello all, I'm dropping in as one of my lovely clients flagged to me in a 1:1 session how much she misses the weekly group Energy Healing and it was the nudge I've needed to hop back in here. As you may / may not know, I put the live sessions on pause as I was feeling over capacity and wanted to take some time to consider how I can best be of service with this group in combination with my 1:1 work. What is now clear is that the previous format wasn't working and will not be returning. What I am considering is keeping the existing library as a free offering (you can access all the meditations and replays) and adding an additional paid tier for those of you who would like to attend the weekly Energy Healing group session. My question - is this something you would be interested in? And if so, how much would feel fair as a MONTHLY financial energy exchange for you? Depending on the interest we will take it from there. Hello beautiful women, I’m dropping in with an update and some changes. I’ve been reflecting over the past few weeks and have decided to take a pause from the live sessions and monthly invitations in this group for the time being. I will still be offering 1:1 sessions in Compassionate Inquiry and Spirit Guide Transmissions online but am being guided to give myself some space to fully land in our new life in Portugal and re configure my working flow which includes more in person work again. I sense this pause is a valuable practice to consider how this group can best be of service and how to utilise my time and energy with the offerings here. This has been a very special phase of the Frequency of Love Online Community - an experiment which has given me so much joy but it now feels like time to pause and reevaluate what this space shall be. I’ll still keep the group open and I encourage you to drop in here to share / ask questions / reflect as you feel called to. The library is now FULL of Energy Activations, Shake Out’s, guided meditations and guided somatic practices so please utilise this and build it into your flow. This is definitely not the end - Frequency of Love is the work that lives in my heart which means from time to time I’m guided to give it space to breathe to allow it to grow, expand and unfold into what it’s meant to be.
