Ok guys, here we come. First of all congrats to everybody, you all provided important steps to the solution of the case. @Katarina Pausek finally reached the point! It' s brown tumor (osteochlastoma) in tertiary hyperparathyroidism due to CKD in LAM. In particular patient had a previous kidney removal and the other one is almost completely replaced by angiomyolipomas and cysts. Hope you enjoyed it! ⁣

@Filipa Figueiredo I Imagine a different morfology for strees reaction, more likely linear and sclerotic. This is focal and round, looks like osteonecrosis or a bare-area at least.
