Meary's Angle, talar declination Angle, calcaneal inclination Angle, lateral talo-calcaneal Angle. Which of those do you refer to?

@Christoph Agten what about AP views? Talo-calcaneal angle for example. Do you trust It or do you prefer lateral view?

Looks like there's not that much clinically significant difference between them, so in my opinion the faster protocol wins

Ok guys, here we come. First of all congrats to everybody, you all provided important steps to the solution of the case. @Katarina Pausek finally reached the point! It' s brown tumor (osteochlastoma) in tertiary hyperparathyroidism due to CKD in LAM. In particular patient had a previous kidney removal and the other one is almost completely replaced by angiomyolipomas and cysts. Hope you enjoyed it! โฃ

No other exams unfortunately. First of all I suggested him a standing bilateral x-ray of feet, but it's not available yet.

@Filipa Figueiredo I Imagine a different morfology for strees reaction, more likely linear and sclerotic. This is focal and round, looks like osteonecrosis or a bare-area at least.
