Looking for advice
Me and my brother started a small business together. We noticed a common issue: slow replies, juggling multiple apps, and no clear daily reports which quietly leads to lost time, customers, and revenue. So we built a system that sits on your phone 24/7 you send a quick text or voice command, and it handles emails, follow-ups, appointments, outreach tracking, and daily reports. Saves time and improves ROI. Figuring out how to reach the right business owners and test with real users. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance.

This is not an automation skill
But it's far more important. Some have it, and some don't. I for one did not have it when I first started out. And because of this I was stuck. But once I got it, I could learn anything and improve my skills. Back in 2024, I needed help to create a brand map and had no clue how to do this. So I reached out to a bunch of agencies. I got a few responses with different prices, but one company sent a message that changed how I learned to figure things out on my own. The message itself was not profound. All he said was: "We're too expensive to help you, but I'll give you some free advice on how to do this." At the end of the message was a link to a Loom that explained the final product and how to approach building a brand map. That was it. So here I was, stuck with a Loom video and nothing else. But the decision I made next is the decision that helped me copy their entire system without their help. Here's what I did. I found every single podcast, YouTube video, and blog I could get my hands on so I could recreate what he showed me. I listened and relistened to the same shows over and over again while building. Until I finally had remade it myself. Back then I didn't think much of it. But looking back, that's the moment everything changed. I had almost nothing to work with, and it turned out to be all I needed. That same hustle is what helped me learn how to cold email, set up multiple domains, warm up emails, and find leads. And in the end, build a full cold email system. So what is that skill? High agency. Being able to collect information, discard what you don't need, and use the things that are useful. Make decisions. Keep testing until it works. And it starts in the learning phase. What to learn? Use your agency, decide and execute. If it does not work, change path and try something else. We live in a time with an abundance of information. Searching for solutions and solving your problems is so easy nowadays. But you need to take the first step.

When you say “high agency,” what does that look like in the first 24–48 hours of being stuck on a problem? and How do you decide what information to ignore when there’s so much out there?
🚀New Video: I Tested GPT 5.5 vs Opus 4.7: What You Need to Know
OpenAI just dropped GPT 5.5 and the benchmarks look strong against Opus 4.7, but benchmarks only tell part of the story. I ran four head-to-head experiments in Codex and Claude Code to see how the models actually compare on speed, cost, and output quality. The results were not what I expected.

🚀New Video: Claude + HyperFrames Just Solved Video Editing
In this video I'm showing you how to edit videos end to end using Claude Code as the orchestrator, with HyperFrames handling motion graphics and video-use handling the trimming. You drop in a raw video, tell it what you want in natural language, and it cuts the filler words, syncs animations to your exact timestamps, and renders the final video. I walk through the full setup, the prompting style that actually works, and how to iterate fast with the new timeline editor. GITHUB REPO
