This sounds beautiful. ❤️ I’d love to explore being with the unknown without rushing to fix, solve, or figure it all out. Learning to trust the body and what it’s communicating has been a big theme in my own journey lately.
Introduction
Hi Everyone! I just bought this online course and am excited to get started! I was hoping to sign up for the somatic live 200 hour course but my life is in transition currently so the “ set your own pace” online course looked like a wonderful alternative to get started now! How many of you have taken the online and then also signed up for the 200 hour course? I attended the three day live in April and it was amazing!!! Thank you, Jamie and all! This work is GOLDEN and I’m excited to learn more about it for myself, as well as hold space for others in the future. Breathwork is healing one heart/body/spirit at a time and in turn healing the world!🌍 I am excited to incorporate Breathwork with my rescue horses as well. Any info y’all would like to share with me as a newbie? 😁💗 Thanks again! Looking forward and am very excited 💕💕

One Week On…❤️‍🔥
It’s been a week since we began the Immersion and Jamie and the team have been having some really beautiful conversations with those who were a part of it. And I’m curious for those in this space- what has stayed with you? Not just from those few days, but in how you’ve been moving through your life since. Take a moment before answering... What has shifted, even slightly? What have you become more aware of? Is there anything you’ve been doing differently, without even realising? I feel like it solidified something my body has been craving... stillness. Just being. there’s more space to feel before reacting.Nothing loud. But something definitely shifted. Excited to keep following that and for the May Dublin cohort
Looking for Music recommendations
I understand that when doing breathwork we need some ambient and rhythmic music depending on what we're doing. I would love some suggestion on some playlists or artists that you are using? I loved some of the music from this immersion, but when I search up in the apple app, I can't find it. Thanks!
