Hi everyone! My name is Lala and I am a 500HR-RYT, EOC Yoga Teacher and Usui Shiki Rhoyo Reiki Master. A lot of "fnajfbnfjanfejfhclea" i know, however, these life studies and disciplines have allowed me to arrive where I am today. I am so excited to be here and to heal and be healed alongside you all. I have absolutely felt this new shift these last few weeks/months/years [even] and knowing that there are more of us out there is heartwarming and I'm GRATEFUL for you all. Outside of the "regular" yoga that I teach, the EOC in my title means that I am certified in EquineOM Yoga. Yup, that's right! I work with horses and their humans through yoga!
