Fun day today. Two interviews, including one where we're expected to finalize terms and one is a lunch meeting. Client meeting where we'll be providing a ton of updates. Meeting with a vendor who hopes to become an employee post expansion (we do too). And a meeting with my financial advisor (that one may not be fun given the market's reaction to events in Iran). This new to me suit needs to be tailored and tapered but I love the look and its possibilities. The ping-pong of colors throughout seems to work. Blue pin in the suit with navy tie. Pink in the tie with the pocket square and cufflinks. Let me know if it did work! Outfit: • Suit — SJ‑012, SL‑021 (Ralph Lauren): A mid‑gray Ralph Lauren suit in a subtle basket‑weave wool with soft notes of light blue and light brown woven into the cloth. It projects confident business formality for VC settings while remaining approachable and visually interesting for an in‑person candidate lunch. • Shirt — DS‑008 (David Donahue): A classic French‑cuff dress shirt in white cotton with a refined small‑diamond texture and a crisp point collar. The fabric is soft and lightweight, giving you a polished formal frame ideal for showcasing your tie and cufflinks. • Undershirt — US‑001 (True Classic): A comfortable white crew‑neck undershirt that stays invisible beneath the textured cotton of DS‑008. Its light cotton‑poly blend keeps your torso cool under a suit jacket throughout a 69°F day. • Tie — NT‑038 (Savile Row Company): A navy silk tie framed with pastel‑pink fleur‑de‑lys motifs, finished untipped for elegant drape. The subtle sheen and geometric regularity create excellent camera presence, while the pink accents introduce a note of warmth for your lunch meeting. • Pocket Square — PS‑037 (Potomac Tie Co.): A wool pocket square in pink and white static, matte in finish and beautifully textural up close. It echoes the pink in the tie and cufflinks, creating a cohesive, intentional color story the moment someone meets you.
