Who’s in for a 7 day challenge starts Tuesday September2nd
I’ve got a fun challenge for us! Let’s do a 7 Day Celery Juice Challenge together! Every morning, we’ll drink our celery juice and post a picture to keep each other accountable! 🥤💚 Here’s the plan: 1. Day 1: Kick it off with your first glass of celery juice and snap a pic! 2. Day 2: Share how you’re feeling after day two of your celery goodness! 3. Day 3: Post your morning juice and any little changes you’ve noticed! 4. Day 4: Let’s show off those green vibes with a selfie and our juice! 5. Day 5: Keep it going—snap that juice and tell me what you love about it! 6. Day 6: Share your favorite way to prep it or any tips you’ve discovered! 7. Day 7: Wrap it up with a final pic and let’s celebrate our week of health! 🎉 Let’s motivate each other and see how we feel by the end of the week! You in? Can’t wait to see your celery juice pics! 💪

@Catherine McFarland, I wasn't consistent, but still benefitted from juicing. I have done 4 days and am looking forward to doing a consistent stretch. I learned that it takes a lot more celery than you would expect to create enough juice, but then I also noticed that I didn’t need to make that much juice. I have a newfound respect for juicing, mainly using vegetables. I love the fresh stay and noticed some gut benefits! Thank you, Catherine! I am on to it!
