So happy to have found all of you.
👋Hello to all of you here in this community. This is my 2nd day after joining and going through the onboarding. It is quiet amazing how large this community is, and how we are all here for some of the same reasons. It has not been normal for me to step out and admit out loud to people, that I can not do anything when alone, since all of my life I have been considered a slacker, user, con-artist, and list is long ...🥲 I find it reassuring reading what everyone is going through and how we all want to win in life without the rude, mean or judgemental comments about us and how we appear to people. How all of you are finding ways to win in your life. Thank you God is what I say.🙏 Bravo to all of you here and I am happy to have found this community and be part of the change. Thank you again @Jim Ebbelaar for all that you are doing. Cheers Michelle
So happy to have found all of you.
@Renee Kers There is a spring in my step today, since I joined! So glad you are here too.

I run three companies, have won several awards, work out almost every day, but more importantly, I can finally say that I live a peaceful and fulfilling life. A few years ago, I was an exhausted gaming addict who didn’t even dare to open his own mail. Here’s what happened. The kid with the headphones is me, around ten years old. I spent years escaping into games, because real life felt too overwhelming to face. Later the games became festivals. Every weekend: party, drinking, numbing. Every Monday: flat, anxious, useless. From the outside it looked like fun. From the inside it was mail I didn't dare open, a room I couldn't keep clean, 15 minute tasks I procrastinated on for months, and one word on repeat in my head: lazy. The bottom photos are the part I almost didn't post. The numbing. The version of me that eventually burned out completely, sitting at his desk at 2am wondering what was wrong with him. By then I'd spent over 30K on courses and programs to fix myself. Finished none of them. Now the right side. The gym, almost daily. The water tower is my office. I rent the top floor and work there with my brother and my best friend. The purple one is the T500, an award for tech entrepreneurs here in the Netherlands. I am traveling the world. I don't show you this to brag, and before your brain says "good for him": my life is not perfect. I still have ADHD. I still lose my keys, I still overcommit, I still have days where nothing works. So what changed? Not discipline. I still have almost none. Not an app or a planner. Those all worked for about nine days. Not the diagnosis, and not the medication. That's a story for another day. What changed is who I believed I was. On Monday I'll tell you exactly what I mean, including something I found in my old school reports that I had zero memory of. And maybe your left side looks nothing like mine. No gaming, no festivals. Maybe yours is quieter: the to-do list that makes you want to cry. The anxiety before opening one email. Being exhausted at 3pm after a day of doing "nothing". Overthinking every conversation afterwards. Procrastinating on exactly the things you care about most. The fear of being judged if people saw the real state of things. Calling yourself lazy while what you actually are is overwhelmed.

🔥My intention for this CHALLENGE is to: 👉Not only finish it - plus the following... 1.)🧑Learn how to follow through without someone in the same room as I am so I can co-regulate with. But find my way to regulate and follow through by myself. 2.)💰Re-Create an income that will knock my socks off from my long standing career by using what I learn. 3.)💭Find my center and stand in my own confidence to follow through on my wildest dreams. 🎇I am on a mission to stand up and not be afraid of my future while living on my own for the first time in my life. I have always known deep down inside me somewhere, that this is possible since I can do it with people around me in the same room. 👩‍🎓But to do this all on my own is another story. This will be the first time but I believe with the guidence and encouragement, I can work in a way that works for me.
@Josie Smart Thanks, have you done the challenge yet? How did it help you in your life?

10,000 members + New announcement
[Read full post for new announcement] During my New Year break, I took a quiet moment to look back at where it had all begun. This community was only born in December 2025. Just a small seed, newly planted, but somewhere inside me I could already see the community it might become. So I wrote down my vision for 2026. My number one priority was clear: Grow ADHD Harmony to 10,000 members. Yesterday, June 21, on the beautiful summer solstice, that vision became real. 10,000 people. Manifestation is not simply wishing for something and waiting for it to appear. It is holding a vision so clearly that you begin to believe in it before there is any proof. It is choosing to show up for that vision, day after day, and giving it your time, energy, heart, and work. Even when growth feels slow. Even when doubt becomes loud. Even when nobody else can see what you can already see. The vision gave me direction. The work gave the vision roots. And this community helped it grow. Because behind this number are 10,000 real humans. People searching for answers, connection, growth, understanding, and a more harmonious way of living with ADHD. I did it. Or actually, WE did it together. This is your reminder to write down the vision that keeps returning to you. The one that quietly follows you and refuses to leave. Make it clear. Believe it is possible. Give it your energy. Then take the next step, followed by the next one. Sometimes the life you once imagined begins to bloom sooner than you ever dared to believe. 10,000 souls. One beautiful community. And we're only just getting started. This Thursday, June 25, we celebrate together, live. I've got a NEW ANNOUNCEMENT I can't wait to share, free for everyone who shows up. And the doors to my 6 week program swing open. Be there. You don't want to miss this. 💛 Jim
