Upped my pullups from 30 to 50 🔥
Last month for pullups I was doing 5 sets of 6 reps about 5 times a week. But I got pumped seeing George so I changed my routine to 2-3 times a week, but doing 5 sets of 10 reps. Yesterday was the first day and I think I can handle the volume. I have to say that I am wasted today and my rock climbing session (I go for fun with my son, nothing too serious) was tough, but very pleased with my progress.

I am not able to pull myself up in pull-ups yet, so that is my first Target to achieve by the end of March.

Today is my chest day and I usually start with pushups, so I'll be trying these.

I can see that all of your pushups had your hands much lower than the shoulder, I am not sure about it by it seems a bit difficult variation or is it the right way to do pushups? And should I consider these as my progression?
