Bee Fighter done
Hello again! Modeled in Plasticity, rendered in Blender. 3D adaptation of gatring3 's incredible illustration. I'm considering using Octane for Blender to enhance the rendering quality of my upcoming project. I haven't come across much information on this, so I'm wondering if it would be helpful to refer to information regarding Octane for C4D?

@Nikita Kapustin Thank you for your advice. I've been debating whether to learn Octane for a while, but I've decided to focus on Cycles. I appreciate your time.
Error Hint Message Hard to read?
Might be my old eyes, but I find the red on dark grey dialog error message hard to read. anyone else have this issue? https://youtu.be/_iNlV48B0zA

Due to my aging eyesight and the fact that I'm not a native English speaker, I find it very difficult to read. It would be easier to read if there was more contrast between the background color and the text color.
Question about your Plasticity Experience
I'm curious to hear what some (or even one) aspect of Plasticity that was confusing, very different from past software experience, etc. Example. For me it was the fact that you don't need to trim segments on coplanar curves to extrude a face. sown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzV_xoTjhu8 What tripped you up or was something you wish you knew when you first started with the software?

Hello William. This is my experience from when I first started using Plasticity until now. There are commands that yield different results depending on whether I'm selecting a closed curve or the region inside it, and it took me some time to notice this. Even now, I occasionally make mistakes unintentionally. One of the first functions I was eager to master was the use of the Pivot. It's now an integral function that I rely on for tasks such as moving and rotating. Until I discovered the Slice Down feature of the Mirror, I was manually cutting off half and then mirroring it. I had been struggling with the Draft function to tilt faces diagonally, but it was only recently that I discovered the easier methods of rotating faces or moving edges.
Topology Workbook
For those of you using SubD and Polygonal Modeling apps in your toolkit... The Pushing Points Topology Workbook is a 125-page guide that teaches you the foundation of SubD topology. There are over sixty exercises packed with loads of tips, tricks and techniques designed to teach you how to manage the topology of your meshes. Throughout the book you will also find many images of wireframe rendered assets and their topology that you can study for reference. This book doesnโ€™t show you how to build a car, character or creature. Instead, it teaches you the foundation of SubD topology, so you can construct ANY SubD asset with clean polygon flow. https://youtu.be/vaKvO_iYMds

This is precisely the information I have been seeking. I had assumed there would be established methods for SubD modeling, and have searched for them, yet I couldn't find any comprehensive sources. I was on the verge of giving up on modeling in Blender, but now it seems I can proceed further. I am truly grateful for your assistance.
I'm new here
I am a freelance 3D artist based in Japan. After using Fusion 360 for several years, I recently started using Blender. Currently, my favorite tool is Plasticity! I plan to learn Octane and UE in order to enhance my rendering skills. Using Plasticity, I have created cute 3D robots based on the illustrations by Jake Parker. Rendered in Blender.

@Enrico Grotto Thank you very much. I'm extremely happy because creating the Facebook robot was the most challenging part.

@William Vaughan Thank you so much. The Youtube Robot is the first robot in the Cutebot Family, I also have a strong emotional attachment to it.
