@Jarrod Ochsenbein I have not tried it yet but if it actually works as explained (automatically posting on FB market place, and automatic price adjusting based on vacancy) I guess it is worth the price (I believe it is set for ~$50 per month)

Co-Living lender
I set up a meeting this coming Monday with a co-living lender. I'll let you know how it goes. As most of you know, co-living or rent by room is are pretty rare.

Sharing #'s
Since this is such a small community I am going to share my numbers from my Padsplit income. Note: This does not include my solo co-living house without Padsplit. If people want to see this kind of stuff I will share it if people find value in it. Otherwise if nobody seems interested I will stop posting numbers. I will go with the flow! :) Jarrod
