1st Member in my NON Padsplit house
I got my first Member and he singed a 1 year lease. Pretty excited to head down this path and prove it out. If it works I will slowly peel off my Padsplits when the leases expire and switch to running them myself.

Questions for operators
Do you use Padsplit, another co-living service or manage everything yourself? - If you manage everything yourself what software do you use for rent by room that you recommend? Also, do you furnish or not furnish? What market(s) do you invest in? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jarrod, other than MagicDoor that I mentioned to you, I found "innago" more user-friendly and clutter free. It is not powered by AI but have integrated "Latchel" as part of their platform which does maintenance coordination but I have not yet personally tried it yet.
