What’s your signature watch?
Talking with a couple of friends the other day about watches we wear the most and what we’d consider to be our “signature” watch. For me it would have to be the Mido, it’s my default grab when I don’t know what to wear it always feels right. Do you have a signature watch? If so, what is it?

I think at this point its my Citizen Seconde/Seconde...new Tag E5 is prob going to be my go to once I get used to it...at least until I can afford my grail Omega (have my eye on the blue Aqua Terra or a Constellation). Although Awake has been catching my eye too.
Bought my first Tag!
Was in Vegas this weekend for the Wizard Of OZ and No Doubt...happened to walk by a Tag Heuer store at the Venetian, stopped in to look at the Connected E5 as my Apple watch is about 6 yrs old now. $2K later, its on my wrist. Takes some getting used to but defintely cooler look and feel than my iWatch and can wear it anywear. Had my eye on this for over a year, before they came out....

OK. This I thought was cool info.
When everyone is going meteorite, MOP, ceramic, Tiger's Eye, and other wild mineral items for the watch face - check this out from Citizen. https://youtube.com/shorts/K278ordKR1Y?si=5nhyhYACBCT5n9M7

WOTD February 28th
Since last day of February I thought I'd wear my most recent purchased watch. Monterey Kitty Hawk blue dial watch. Outside and inside!

Collection thoughts
So in the process of trying to put my collection together, I started wondering how other people do it. I realized that I'm trying to cover bases with a 6 watch collection I chose a diver, a field, a GADA, a chronograph and an still.lookimg for the other 2 pieces. Let's me know how you would go about putting a collection together.

All great thoughts. To me, I'm a dial and strap guy. I'm looking for a unique piece for the right price. I tend to wear my Apple watch most of the time or a fit band, but throw on a nice watch when going out. I'm not looking to break the bank and am not a fan of chrono's. When something unique strikes me, I grab it. I'm thinking of an Aqua Terra, love the gradient turqoise dial, for my 60th in 2 yrs...but we'll see.
