Felt my body - engine getting ready for today. Felt like a nice start up combined with exhaling on the up and inhaling on the down.

Observing situations and being patient, watching reactions, breathing through moments, knowing that emotions are under control. Knowing that strength comes in different forms that are powerful in many ways for not just self but fro others also.

Hi, I'm Shaun I'm 51, Mum and Dad said I'm not there's so not sure where I'm from, In 12 week I'd like to achieve 20 Burpees in 60 seconds. I feel this would be a great goal to aim for because this is the hardest exercise I have come across and hate with passion.
