I cannot stomach the texture of organ meats so, I was wondering if anyone else has started taking organ supplements instead and, if so, which are you taking and what benefits have you experienced. I have access to the following supplements, but I am not sure which I should take: 1. 100% grass fed/finished beef colostrum 2. 100% grass fed/finished beef heart 3. 100% grass fed/finished beef liver 4. 100% grass fed/finished beef kidney 5. 100% grass fed/finished beef lung 6. 100% grass fed/finished beef spleen 7. 100% grass fed/finished beef thyroid 8. 100% grass fed/finished sheep thymus
