Hey Everyone, my names’s Robb and I’m very happy to be joining this group with all of you. I’m super new to Amazon selling. I’ve been experimenting with a few different tools similar to seller amp and Keepa (in addition to those two). My main hurdle right now is now is that Amazon’s automated system that reviews invoices keeps rejecting the ones I’ve submitted and any attempt to resubmit or fix the issue is met with a message that I haven’t provided any new info. The invoices contain all the required info and are from Webstaurant. I hope some of you might have some workarounds or other tips for me!

@Robb Myrtle Hi Robb, welcome! 👋 Invoice rejections are common starting out. Make sure the invoice matches your seller account exactly (name and address), shows full supplier details, is a proper commercial invoice (not a receipt), and includes itemized quantities. If everything looks correct, try opening a case and request a manual review instead of resubmitting the same document.
