Hey Everyone, my names’s Robb and I’m very happy to be joining this group with all of you. I’m super new to Amazon selling. I’ve been experimenting with a few different tools similar to seller amp and Keepa (in addition to those two). My main hurdle right now is now is that Amazon’s automated system that reviews invoices keeps rejecting the ones I’ve submitted and any attempt to resubmit or fix the issue is met with a message that I haven’t provided any new info. The invoices contain all the required info and are from Webstaurant. I hope some of you might have some workarounds or other tips for me!

@Christian Avallone do I need to do anything special to request a manual review? Also, (separate issue) I tried to ungate grocery by submitting an invoice for 10 units of Hershey’s syrup with an invoice from Webstaurant. Amazon told me I couldn’t be approved for grocery with that one because I wasn’t yet approved for Hershey brand. I saw an experienced Amazon seller on Titok recommend using Hershey and said that it would ungate grocery but likely not Hershey. Who is correct? Thanks!

@Shantel Rose Thanks! I’ll request a manual review. I’m stuck in a cycle of auto rejections and the system refuses to acknowledge legitimate document submisssions.

Flea markets
I’ve been selling at local flea markets since I was a kid so I have good connections for buying. If I can find new products that I can buy in bulk at a fraction of what they sell for on Amazon then use seller amp to see which ones can be good sellers would that be fma instead of fba?

The method of researching and sourcing your items is separate from FBM and FBA. FBM is when you fulfill, pack, and ship the orders yourself. FBA is when you ship your products to Amazon and have them handle all of that for you.
