why does amazon keep rejecting my applications? will i ever be able to sell anything?😔

Hey guys, I'm new to amazon fba. So how does this work when using a prep center, do I just order a product from target/walmart or whatever and then I make sure I ship it to my prep center's address first and then they ship it to the amazon fulfillment center?
