Yes it is I really I’ll never look at food the same way like layers to it we shall peel back one layer at a time together I’ll some stop to pray and process it take your advice take small bits at time patient without shame or guilt I can’t do this without you all Naomi you are truly such a special blessing the way you line up God words with prayer food is amazing never heard it put together this way to think and shift thank you 🙂👏🏾

Hearts are full 🦋 Stomachs are churning with delicacies 🍎 The weight of the year is either settling in… or finally falling off 🐛➡️🦋 Yet time doesn’t pause. The sun keeps moving, and its rays drip with hope ☀️ It’s time to get a grip and catch up with the morning brew of 2026 ☕✨ To do that, a shift is required. Call it a mindset shift. Call it grit. Call it refocus. Call it resolve. Whatever word fits—something must realign. Think of your health journey like a production system. You already have the raw materials 🍎: - Food - Movement - Community - Stress management - Sleep These matter… but they are not the system. Your mindset is the production system. 🐛➡️🦋 Your worldview. Your faith. Your identity. Your gratitude. Your hope. These are what determine the outcome. And the outcome looks like: Health and sustainable weight management 🍎 A deeper, more intimate walk with God 🙏 Genuine friendships Peace Fulfillment of purpose 🦋 Just like you can’t use a blender to make pancakes out of spinach, bananas, and water— you’ll only get a smoothie— You cannot create true health and lasting weight loss with the wrong mindset. A solid foundation must come first 🐛. So pause and reflect: What is your mindset producing right now? Christmas! What’s up💜💜
How you all doing? Trusting you had a good time and blessed with your family and loved ones. I am just finishing lunch. Was simple green shake for me with lamb and French fries home made. And some sauté vegetables. Am full of gratitude that we are well, I did not go to work today and God is good!!!!
