Bone Broth vs Beef Broth
Is there a big difference between the two? I just bought a $15 Beef Bone Broth(32oz)(only one they had) over cheaper chicken bone broths and beef broths. Am I geeking out over nothing or what?

Save all the scraps from vegetables and all the bones from beef and chicken and freeze them, when you have accumulated enough, put in crock pot with water for 24-48 hours. Strain and refrigerate, use within 7 days

You're Not Lazy - Your Dopamine System Is Fried - Let's Fix It!
Scrolling, snacking, and streaming are all making you WEAKER. Make sure you read this post all the way to the bottom because this is one of the biggest productivity hacks EVER. Ever since I stopped looking at my phone every few minutes while working, between sets, on the toilet, etc, my motivation to get work done, my creative ability, and overall mood SKYROCKETED. The other day, one of my friends was talking about how he was trying to get his kids to watch a movie with them, but they're so burnt out from 15-second tiktok reels that they can't sit still for long enough. Everyone knows the iPad kid. But what people don't realize is that most of us are iPad adults, even though we don't notice it. When was the last time you did something idle without looking at your phone? Ate dinner, sat in the waiting room somewhere, took a shit, sat in between sets at the gym - without a phone. It's probably been a while. I even format these posts with breaks every sentence or two because of how conditioned we are. Whether we want to admit it or not, most of us are desensitized to dopamine. Having trouble staying motivated doing "boring" work? Take boring breaks. Don't look at your phone when you're taking a break. The phone is more stimulating than the work, and thus the work becomes less interesting for your brain/dopamine system. Go on a walk, hell, even stare at the wall and do breath work (4 count in, 6 count out) for 10 minutes. Yes, i'm serious. You'll find your work is much more interesting if you do this regularly, The other big culprit for dopamine burnout: Porn / masturbation. Look, I know this is an awkward topic, but it's so pervasive that me not talking about it would be leaving the biggest elephant in the room unaddressed. If you're engaging in self pleasure every day like a lot of people are, STOP. It'll likely be difficult for a little bit, but the surge in motivation and mood after a few days or a week will be MASSIVE. Many people don't realize just how much of a difference this makes until they actually do it. If you're struggling, reach out to me. I will not judge you, but guide you.
