Cold shower ✅ Workout ✅ Real food ✅ No vices ✅ Approach ✅ Couldn't do QL rotations at my OHW Workout but Will do so tomorrow along with the Rowing session. Had to talk to some people at the car wash place and at the gym. It's been quite a ride, I am glad I could pull it off start to finish, moreover I'll be posting my final thoughts to wrap up how the whole experience was for me.
