Went to the bank but God had the final word. After a bunch of back & forth, discontinued credit card numbers, God blessing me with a patient banker. She finally got in touch with the supervisor and did security check up and ended up getting approved for $10K on TD Flex. It turned out that the fraud alert that the company I worked with pushed the security parameters. So extra pre-caution had to be take with my identity. A deal fell through and the broker we were working with passed his information on to us because we needed to invest outside of Jersey due to competition and high cost. 6. chose this community cause of the referral and an initial conversation and meet up with Prada. 7. our goal is to make a career change involving real estate and improving credit. 8. the help we need - credit repair of course and mentoring during the whole process. especially would like to learn more about the fix and hold while utilizing fix/flip to inject cash as well

Fam I really want to share this with you. Because the government is about garnishing checks for student loans I decided to get proactive because I still have student loans, because these loans have affected my credit dropped like you wouldn’t believe. I had a call today after I have filled out all the applications needed. And upon her observation I was told that all of my student loans have been forgiven. Not only that, but I over paid the eligible amount, so I will be receiving money back. I literally broke out in tears. Do yall have any idea such a huge financial burden this is.
