- background - entrepreneur, My husband and I are bakers. We are trying to add Real Estate investiing to our portfolio. We flipped one with a couple and now trying to branch out on our own
- we are newbies
- found Prada by referral actually. A deal fell through and the broker we were working with passed his information on to us because we needed to invest outside of Jersey due to competition and high cost.
- chose this community cause of the referral and an initial conversation and meet up with Prada.
- our goal is to make a career change involving real estate and improving credit.
- the help we need - credit repair of course and mentoring during the whole process. especially would like to learn more about the fix and hold while utilizing fix/flip to inject cash as well
