We flipped one with a couple and now trying to branch out on our own 4. we are newbies 5. found Prada by referral actually. A deal fell through and the broker we were working with passed his information on to us because we needed to invest outside of Jersey due to competition and high cost. 6. chose this community cause of the referral and an initial conversation and meet up with Prada. 7. our goal is to make a career change involving real estate and improving credit. 8. the help we need - credit repair of course and mentoring during the whole process. especially would like to learn more about the fix and hold while utilizing fix/flip to inject cash as well
