Loved the content. It’s clear, easy to follow and very helpful for someone starting out. Many strategies stood out to me. Being okay with choosing a super specific niche. Getting clear on which company sizes may fit us. Seeing how automation supports the process, also how the corporate recruiting world looks like. The biggest takeaway is realizing that recruiting is built on relationships, and that’s why I feel this path can work for me. I’m wondering what I can offer a client when I’m new and don’t yet have any candidates.
