My biggest takeaway was: "The more you get in your head, the less energy you have." I am INFJ and am very introverted... I call myself a trained extrovert which is just a silly way of saying I've learned charisma and communication, but I'd be alone in my hermity hole for months if no one made me go out. This really hit home to me because I kept trying to change my nutrition, look at my health in other ways, try to get energy by working out regularly, etc. and nothing really works for me. I still feel low-key... and I realized today THIS IS WHY! I'm always in my head, all day long. I really hit home for me and I'm so grateful.
