Making calls and I had a name and number show up on xleads for a property so I called, the man sounded off and said that's not his property. I was like ok is it your families he said not my family and hung up. No big deal right? About half hour later I get a call back from a woman saying I called her fiancé about such and such property. I explained myself. She's like but he's not related to them, but knows them how did you get his number. As I usually say when someone asks how I got there number. I am an investor whos bought houses in the area and my partner gave me numbers to call and some how his number was associated with the family. Long story short. She is going to pass my number along to the executorof the estate because she believes the family may be interested in selling and stated they have fallen on hard times. I followed up with a text to the woman who called as a reminder.
