Recently I’ve noticed many agents and brokers starting to explore AI to handle some of these repetitive things, so they can focus more on closing deals and building relationships. Simple things like: • answering property inquiries instantly • qualifying leads before a call • following up automatically with potential buyers • assigning leads to the correct agents • showing properties automatically based on preferences • notifying agents the moment a lead shows interest • and so on… Nothing overly complicated — just systems that make the day-to-day work smoother. In many cases, the messages weren’t even seen, and in others there was no reply for hours or days. That made me think from a buyer’s point of view.
