As of now, I've posted over 470 videos on both my channels. I've improved a lot in this past year and a half. Thumbnails, English (which isn't my first language), storytelling, better and bigger guests for my podcast, etc. Yet I still only have 110 combined subs on YT, and 4k followers on Ig. My Ig grew from 3.1k to 3.7k in less than a week from this one podcast with Kings Community (red pill creator) who has like 1.9M followers on Ig, and he collabed with me on that reel and shared it to his story. Other than that, the Ig kept growing, slowly, but at least I see some progress. But my YT is the problem... I'm done being arrogant, pretending I know what I'm doing. I don't know what to fix. I had the cope of my country, cuz people here don't speak English and it's recommending my videos to Czech people, but I started using a VPN for my last 2 videos and still nothing changed. The thought of quitting doesn't even enter my mind, don't worry, I just feel kinda ashamed that it's soon gonna be 500 videos, and almost 2 years, and I have nothing to show for it. I really had a reality check last night at 3am when I couldn't sleep, thinking about this. Rn, the thing that's making me money, is thumbnails. I do freelancing, but nowadays it's more like freelance outsourcing. I'm getting more and more clients, however it's kinda like slave work, and a lot of the times I hire some Pakistani or Indian from Fiverr or UpWork for a few bucks to do the work for me, cause getting the clients is the hardest part. I even started offering these guys clipping, cuz I'm not good at it, but a lot of cheap guys on Fiverr do it for a good price like under $10 per video, and I charge more like $20-$40 for a clip, and I only outreach to finance YTbers, since they obviously have capital to invest in their channels. But I wanna find a way to monetize this podcast, cuase it truly feels so fulfilling, and I love interviewing these bigger people, and it's good for networking too. Other than that, I did fitness coaching for a while, but I struggled with keeping clients long term, and I still dive into that sometimes, but I don't wanna be another "Instagram coach", I want my page to be about something that's truly fulfilling, which is the pod.
