How i turn a lost lawn into a win
A loyal client packed up and left town. Just like that, one of my best lawns — gone. And for years, I’d just let those ones go. Shrugged, moved on, and hoped the new owners would call someday. But one day I thought — what would I do if I had to start from zero? No leads. No network. No safety net. I’d take every lawn like that and turn it into a foot in the door. And I found a dead-simple way to do it. It only costs $1.50. You already know the lawn. The price. The work. And all it takes is a postcard. It’s fast. It’s easy. It works. Get after it. Keep those lawns local. Keep that money coming in. If you want templates and help, you will find that at www.mow101.com 👉 Here’s exactly how I do it: watch the video below

I am not running a business so mine are all for managing my own property, but I remember having a 4 stroke lawn trimmer, so I wouldn't have to mix oil into my fuel, that had the ability to interchange different tools... edger, roto-tiller, etc. It was kind of cool, but it was an expensive tool that I don't think lasted very long. The main benefit and reason for going with it was not having to mix the fuel. I decided to just go to Walmart, I know it's not the place to be going for something you would go for a tool for your business, but a "normal" 2-stroke trimmer was less than $100. I figured, when I bought it, for this price even if it only lasts a year it's not a big deal. And for that price, I can put up with mixing the fuel. That darn thing has lasted YEARS. It just keeps going and going and going.

@Stuart Clifford It's crazy how some of the cheaper things we purchase that we think, "hey this is a great price so no big deal how long it lasts!," ends up lasting forever.

@Paul Lewis You can get started with Systeme.io's free plan (It's free forever) that will give you everything you need to get started. I was just looking at @Michael Robinson's site that is built with durable.co which looks like a promising low cost option if you are wanting to get started as quickly as possible. @Michael Robinson also uses Servicem8 for his scheduling. I was just looking at it and I'm impressed with all of the features it has, even on their free plan. That being said, what @Stuart Clifford offers in his paid group with the free website looks pretty amazing. Along with that, he has so much value and knowledge to share that will help anyone get started with a thriving lawn mowing business.
Updated webiste
Hey crew, I've just updated my landing page and integrated all my book a quote to now link into my servicem8 so all my leads go straight into there. https://downtherabbitholeaust.com/ Any thoughts on layout or look would be appreciated.

@Michael Robinson It looks great. I've never heard of durable.co before. It looks like a great option for small businesses who are looking to get started as quickly as possible without breaking the bank. And ServiceM8 looks pretty cool too. I have a colleague who runs a Sprinkler Tech business and although he also has his phone number on his site he said that all of his work has been coming through his "Schedule Now" option. The trend he's seeing is that people aren't wanting to use the phone. Another colleague had an agency that was managing all of his customer service calls and when he transitioned and offered the "Schedule Now" option on his site he was able to cancel that agency. Thank you for sharing.
