Hey crew, I've just updated my landing page and integrated all my book a quote to now link into my servicem8 so all my leads go straight into there. https://downtherabbitholeaust.com/ Any thoughts on layout or look would be appreciated.

@Kristin Van Gerpen thanks. We chose colours which would stand out so once we get the vehicle wrapped it makes us look different and stand out more compared to all out competitors who are boring green 😜

@Stuart Clifford we've added this but doubt we will get many calls our servicem8 form has converted alot of work already. And had given us alot more information with a much quicker turnaround it's been epic.
How to Keep Lawn Care Customers Coming Back: Master the Art of Communication 🌱📞
Great lawn care isn’t just about straight lines and tidy edges—it’s about how you communicate with your customers 💬. The most successful contractors aren’t just the best at mowing—they’re the best at building trust 🤝. It starts with the basics: show up when you say you will ⏰ keep your vehicle clean 🚚, and look presentable 🧼. Learn your customers’ names and use them. A simple wave 👋 or friendly chat can go a long way. Texting can make all the difference 📲—sending a quick reminder before you arrive, a payment prompt after the job 💵, or a delay notice if needed ⚠️. It keeps expectations clear and avoids frustration. Don’t make customers chase you 🕵️. Return missed calls promptly and always speak positively 😊. They don’t need to hear about your bad day. You never know what they’re going through ❤️. Finally, make sure your customers know what else you offer 🛠️. So many lawn businesses lose work simply because they never mention that they also trim hedges 🌿, spray weeds 🚿, or offer garden tidy-ups 🍂. Small touches like these build long-term relationships. Communication isn’t a chore—it’s a tool 🔧.

Absolutely agree. We've been chasing communication as the goal! It's brought in so much extra work and also so many referrals because people are sick of lack of communication from trade industry. We've spent the weekend swapping over to servicem8 to increase how we communicate with our clients and allow us to communicate our visits even better

We hit a pretty massive milestone today with added enough customers to our fortnightly run that we now do 100k in turnover averaging $104 an hour About to upgrade mowers and trailer so that we can work even faster the upgrades should add 30% speed which will increase our hourly quite high. Albox are only half full but once we start moving faster than not even half full. Winters goal is to add more than we can actually achieve in spring and either figure out how to make it work or sell off a run. 🎉
