Plank this morning and lower body Metcon 6 tonight! Work is trying to stop me from working out but that is not going to happen this time. Everytime I start to make progress hear comes the overtime.
Been gone for a week did not have kettlebells with me, so I did good old fashioned calisthenics. I am back home now, so I got in a upper body Metcon 6 in and it feels great.
50 morning swings and just finished 3 rounds of a Metcon 6 lower body workout. Legs are on fire and heart is pumping, which means I am getting stronger!
