Non clothing items that make you feel classy
Some items carry a sense of wealth and class to the user beyond their dollar value. For me one of those items is a chilled glass mug of milk (yes I'm a moo-a-holic). It brings me back to the present and the chilled nature mandates a time limitation for which it is to be enjoyed.

A dram before Christmas - Old Pulteney 15 Year Old
A rich, elegant single malt that's part of Old Pulteney's core range. This 15-year-old single malt has been matured in both ex-bourbon and Spanish oak casks, and shows a wonderful honeyed and maritime character. Nose: Intense yet balanced. Bursting with rich dried fruit, ripe apples, and citrus, with honey sweetness and a generous chord of creamy vanilla. Slightly chocolaty and floral in the background. Palate: Fragrant spices and Christmas cake, with layers of chocolate and a distinct dark toffee sweetness. There is a hint of salty sea air on the finish, a clear connection to the influence of the sea on this single malt.

The Gift That Will Make A Difference.
Good morning gentlemen, As we get closer to Christmas, I know many of you have already finished your Christmas shopping some still have a few more things to get, and some, well lets say are waiting for the last minute shopping and that is fine that who you are. With 15 days till Christmas I think this time of year we can reach out to people and not only show an act of holiday spirit but also help someone elevate their life style. So I want to ask you gentlemen, if you know a man in your community, at work, family member, reach out and give them a gift that would help them start their journey into becoming a gentleman. A simple pair of dress socks, maybe a pack of handkerchiefs, or a tie. Something that you feel that they will appreciate and encourage them to want to elevate themselves. This will also be a perfect time to speak into them and offer to mentor them. What better way to help them start the new year off wanting to improve themselves. Now I know for many in the community this is a huge step on opening up and offering to mentor someone, some of you feel that you are not there yet to mentor anyone, and that is fine, because you can both grow together. And what better way to mentor than for them to see you manifest and evolve right in front of them. You both will build a stronger bond than a person that has already made that journey than one who is just giving advice and instructions. And if you feel that you are not ready to make that step, or maybe you can’t afford it at this point. Well you do not have to buy them the best of the best, you can start with something that is inexpensive but still looks nice, that way if they decide not to try then you are not out of much but you did the right thing. Maybe like a starter kit, like a pack of handkerchiefs, a bundle of dress socks, a polo shirt, maybe a clone fragrance, something to help them get started. Now if you identified someone that you feel really wants to and maybe they have made this known to you by their conversations asking you about style and other things then you might want to invest in something a little more nicer. Now I know that times are tough all around and you have several men in mind and you want to do more, I have an idea. Buy a pack or Christmas cards and express your gratitude for their friendship and in there invite them to visit the RMRS website and then follow up with them the first of the year. And if you do several men follow the first part of the year and maybe invite them to dinner and they can connect with one another and network and now you have built a community in your area of gentlemen who are also connected to RMRS. What better way to celebrate the holidays and the new year then to help a a young man or a friend start their journey.

It makes me wonder. If someone had done that for me when I was in my 20s, I wonder how much farther along I would be.
