What are you guys even selling now?
Hey guys, I might sound super dumb but, I've been into the AI automation gave for more than 7 months now. I have 25k followers on X and massive traffic. But with all the stuff that has happened recently, n8n ➡️ Claude Code I'm like really not sure what kinda stuff people are selling now. Could you list some automations you have sold in the last month to companies? Guess this will help a lot of us
Good to know...
I’ve been building a growing number of automations in n8n lately and I’m starting to think more seriously about long-term structure and best practices. Most of what I’m doing is real-world workflow automation: lead intake, enrichment, outbound email, voice agent triggers, scheduling, status updates, logging, etc. It’s working well, but I want to make sure I’m building the right way as things scale. I’d love to hear how more experienced n8n users approach things like: - Managing environment variables across environments - Structuring workflows vs. breaking them into sub-workflows - Inter-workflow communication patterns - Handling retries and preventing duplicate processing - Error handling strategies beyond the default error workflow - Custom execution logging (for example, pushing structured logs into a CRM or database) - Versioning and promoting workflows from dev to production - Performance considerations when automations start to grow - Monitoring client applications Basically: What are the lessons you only learn after running n8n in production for a while? If you’ve built larger systems or run client-facing automations, what would you do differently if you were starting over? Appreciate any patterns, pitfalls, or “wish I knew this earlier” advice.

Haven’t built it for a client but one thing I keep facing again and again is n8n just needs re authentication for basic nodes like drive and gmail, A lot of times a workflow I was using in a SaaS type of application crashed just because drive needed re authentication of credentials So, I try to keep the google nodes kinda separate or at the last from now. And also, I didn’t start using error triggers earlier. Massive help
Which paid skool community is the best?
If you have looked around in the AI Automation space, you'll see more skool communities than agencies. I'm a part of dozens of them that are free, including AIS. But I'm willing to take the leap of faith to get to the next level. I love being in communities where we all are learning together, but free ones are just not good enough for me ig. Is there any good paid one that you are a part of and you vouch for? (Nate's, Nick's, Liam's, anyone's) Budget: $50-$100/month (PS, you can give me your referral link so you can make half of that money per month :)

@Hicham Char Are you a part of any of them? What about AIS+?
Getting my first client #Post_1
Has been more than 100 days since I started learning n8n, and I think it's finally time to get my first set of clients. How do we do that? Multiple ways... Here's what I'm doing to get my first 5 clients in the next month: 1. Found out what I have to sell. I think this was the hardest part, choosing between receptionist, lead gen system and 100 different automations you can sell. Finally chose one that I think is valuable enough (ad generation system) 2. Selected my method of lead generation Multiple ways to get leads, I'm going with warm and cold outreach as of now, crazy simple to get started, as I can send 30 dms. First, I'm trying with cold pitches (people who don't know me), and if it doesn't work by mid feb, I'll tap into my warm network. 3. Get leads As I'm reaching out to advertisers, what better way is there to find advertisers than the Meta Ad Library? So, I built a scraper that can scrape leads for me from the ad library, and I'm gonna send 30 emails from tomorrow on a daily basis. (tested the copy with 20, got 2 interested leads already) 4. Working for free I'm right now selling a free offer, as it's so easy to sell and deliver, and once I'm in their system and they have got a taste, I can upsell them to other systems I can create later. But first, I need to learn the craft of delivering, so I'm basically gonna give everything for free and get data, build relationships and try to get referrals. That's my plan, at least. I'll let you know how things are going over here. Let me know what you're doing to get your first set of clients, or if you have already got yours, what did you do?
Vibe Coding
Is there any future in Vibe coding, and can I land clients?

I mean, it's not about vibe coding ig, it's about what you're making with it. Your tools don't matter until you create something that's useful. So, what are you building, my friend?
