Our education system was built for the industrial age, not the AI age.
For decades, we taught everyone the same way, at the same pace, with the same goals.ย That worked when the world moved slowly. It doesnโ€™t anymore. With AI, we can now hyper-personalize learning for every student based on their background, goals, and pace. Scalable. Efficient. Human-centered. The risk is simple. Education move slowly. AI doesnโ€™t. If we donโ€™t evolve fast enough, entire generations will enter the job market unprepared for reality. In my opinion, the winners will be the ones who act on AI now, not later. โ€œIn times of change learners inherit the earth; while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.โ€ ~ Eric Hoffer and paraphrase by R. Buckminster Fuller to express ideas alike.

Ironically, AI has the potential to be a hyper-personalized teacher, and will also be the greatest source for massive decline of original ideas - where a lot of especially younger people tend to rely too much on AI already. The skill of tomorrow is critical thinking and the ability to unlearn and learn again. To judge by our own experience will be more difficult, if AI will provide an answer to every question - whether or not it is true. The world we live in was made by fuck-around-find-out people, who built tools and founds ways to get to where we are. This ability has to stay on the human side of things with AI being a tool.
The End of an Era. Honoring the Mission.
Hey everyone, If you havenโ€™t been active in the group lately, I wanted to share an important update. Last week, I was formally asked by Skool to remove all references to Alex Hormozi and Acquisition.com IP from our group. This included the group name, descriptions, About Page, cover images, and most significantly, the Classroom. I complied fully and promptly with the request. While the community itself remains live and intact (posts, discussions, comments, and group history are all preserved), the Classroom has been removed. From the beginning, the mission of this group was to support Acquisition.comโ€™s goal of making real business education available to everyone. I believe the groupโ€™s educational content strategy operated within the bounds of fair use and good faith, with clear disclaimers and transparency. But if this is the explicit direction from Acquisition.com and Alex Hormozi, I respect it. It is their platform, their brand, and their decision. To be clear: I am still a big โ€œHormoziโ€ fan. That has not changed. I have supported their content, promoted the $100M Offers, Leads, and Money Models books, bought the $100M Playbooks bundle, gave hundreds of free books to our community, and even visited their HQ in Vegas in 2024. I also sent several emails to ACQ about this Skool group, but I never heard back. That silence, combined with changes in how Skool prioritizes paid and private groups over free and public ones, made it clear that the writing was on the wall. This request was simply the final confirmation. Here is the truth. This community has been one of the most meaningful projects of my career. I cracked Skoolโ€™s growth engine early and we passed 10,000 members by curating and delivering real value, especially through the Classroom. It was never just a fan group. With the support of so many of you, I built this group solo, for free, using everything I have learned over the past two decades building online education systems. And along the way, I grew too. I went from founder and entrepreneur to investor and mentor.

@Alexi Drouin Looking forward to what this place will look and be like over the course of 2026 - you've got this. What might have felt as an end of an era is already the new beginning, above and beyond is your personal growth - this finally can become something is is truly yours. Personally I have felt left behind once you've cracked the skool code, but I am looking forward to get behind your mission again and also to join conversations that are meaningful - no shortcuts or hacks to please the algorithm - more aligned with your and our personal mission in life and career, while keeping the best part - this community.

@Sohail Shah @Alexi Drouin Just remember that custom GPTs, like all GPTs have limitations, in terms of their reasoning capabilities with the additional data and instructs they have been given. Same goes for the model (i.e. 4o as GPT architecture vs. o3-pro reasoning) - vs . If your prompt is precise, and the model is right, you can get a pretty good plan - which is based on the underlying foundation model. So it is less the reasoning of Alex & Leila and more the models foundation. The style is as good as the instruct and the data - especially given that Alex and Leila share a lot online (remember the cut-off date of models) and this too is part of the foundation. Reading through it, it's pretty technical ๐Ÿ˜œ but if you understand how to use AI for you, it will be a great partner along the way. ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿฆพ

Quite literally - I go to bed at 9:00/9:30pm and start over at 4:00/4:30am again. Today it was 3:10am.

@Serenity Michelle I think it is the analogy, that you would take 20x extra hours per week (5x days of the week either the 4 hours in the morning (5am-9am) or the ones in the evening (5pm-9pm) or a mixed bag out of morning and evening) which would technically give you another 1043 hours per year or roughly 130x 8-hour workdays. Discount your birthday and you'll end up with 129 days. ๐Ÿ˜…
How do YOU get new leads?
Yoyo! Wanna ask yโ€™all a question regarding acquiring new leads. I was debating with myself about this, but do you think it is better to be on EVERY platform for more leads? And how do you get new leads on every platform? Like what strategy? I think so, but am curious to know what you think!

@Pepijn Verheijen Can you elaborate on your current strategy and what type of content (examples) you're using. How is your current strategy working for you? Best of luck ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
