Assistable agents vs ghl conversional agent
Hello, I have just implemented Assistable voice/sms agent in my ghl account. For the triggers I have IG / FB keyword trigger with a specific keyword only attached to this Assistable set up I also have conversional AI set up for other keywords within a workflow using a different keyword. The team building this out has mentioned that they are clashing... This is what they said......"For your Conversational AI, it causes issues with the current AI Dialer Build, the Agent is set to autopilot and it’s working concurrent with the Assistable one 🥹 would you know if it has an on-or-off filter in order for it to not clash with your existing systems in place?" Should this be occurring? I hope that makes some sort of sense coz this shit confuses me to be honest 🤣 Thank you in advance
